🍯 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 bites)

  • 6 Medjool dates, pitted

  • ¼ cup raw almonds (or walnuts)

  • 1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp pure cocoa or carob powder (optional for a richer taste)

  • 1 tsp honey or date syrup (optional — for extra sweetness)

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 1–2 tsp water, as needed for texture

🥣 Preparation

  • Place dates, almonds, cinnamon, coconut, and cocoa (if using) in a food processor.

  • Blend until a sticky dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a few drops of water.
