🍯 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 bites)
6 Medjool dates, pitted
¼ cup raw almonds (or walnuts)
1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pure cocoa or carob powder (optional for a richer taste)
1 tsp honey or date syrup (optional — for extra sweetness)
Pinch of sea salt
1–2 tsp water, as needed for texture
🥣 Preparation
Place dates, almonds, cinnamon, coconut, and cocoa (if using) in a food processor.
Blend until a sticky dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a few drops of water.
Roll into small bite-sized balls.
Optional: dust with extra coconut or cocoa powder for finish.
Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
